Frequently Asked Questions about Las Vegas.
Are car seats required in Las Vegas?
Nevada Revised Statute 484B.157 states that Child less than 6 years of age and less than 57 inches tall to be secured in child restraint system while being transported in motor vehicle; child less than 2 years of age to be secured in rear-facing child restraint system in back seat. An important exception to Nevada’s car seat law exists when using public transportation. Section 7 of the law states that the car seat requirements do not apply to a child riding in a public transportation vessel, including a city bus, school bus, emergency vehicle or taxi. While in a taxi or another form of public transportation, therefore, a parent or guardian is not breaking the law to have the child sit in a regular seat and use a seat belt, even if the child would lawfully need a booster or car seat in a private vehicle. The law does not, however, say anything about Uber and Lyft.

What are the best months to visit Las Vegas?
Without hesitation, we will respond from mid-March to mid-June and from mid-September to mid-November. In summer it gets really hot, so this limits outdoor activities. And in winters, the days are very short, it can be cold and most pools are closed. If you can't come during these ideal times, don't worry, you'll still have a great Vegas vacation no matter when you come.
Where to leave your luggage while waiting for your plane or hotel room?
Most hotels have what is called a “Bell Desk” that is responsible for handling your luggage, including bringing it to your room if you wish. If you haven’t checked in yet or have a long time before you go to the airport, you can ask them to hold your luggage in the meantime. Don’t forget to tip them $2-$3 per bag when you pick it up. If you are not staying at a hotel, there are companies that will hold your luggage for a fee. For example, “LuggageHero” or “Bounce Luggage Storage” have locations on the Strip.
